I am a husband, father, author, strategist, and adventurer. I spent two decades on a search for wisdom that led me to spend thousands of hours with mentors and read 100+ books a year. That journey transformed how I think, live, and work.

Alongside writing and speaking, I work with companies and non-profits on strategy and leadership. I help founders, owners, and executives build good things and realize ambitious visions. I have worked with companies and leaders in private equity, international politics, humanitarian investment, tech startups, trades, ministry, education, nonprofits, government agencies, and more. I am passionate about merging timeless wisdom with modern best practices.

My journey has helped me come to understand the fundamental principles, mental models, tools, mindsets, and practices that are fundamental to the transformation journey we are all born to walk. I am passionate about sharing with others what I have learned on my journey to becoming a better husband, father, leader, and man. When not working, I can usually be found outside, mountain biking, wake surfing, building something with my boys, and exploring mountains with my wife and three kids.
