I am a husband, father, strategist and adventurer. 17 years ago, I began a search for wisdom that led me to spend thousands of hours with mentors and read 100+ books a year. This journey has transformed how I think and live.

I am a strategic growth advisor to business and nonprofit leaders. I help founders, owners, and executives design and implement strategies to build good things and achieve ambitious visions. I have worked with companies and leaders in private equity, international politics, humanitarian investment, tech startups, trades, education, nonprofits, and government agencies. I am passionate about merging timeless wisdom with cutting-edge methods, tools, and technologies.

I am a strategist and first-principle thinker with a personal mission to help good things grow. I am an avid learner who is constantly reading and studying business, innovation, psychology, spirituality, leadership, history, and social science. I spend lots of time with mentors who help me grow personally, spiritually and professionally.

My journey has helped me come to understand the fundamental principles, mental models, mindsets and practices that enable people and teams to achieve ambitious goals. More importantly, it has shaped who I am, what I value and how I think. I am passionate about sharing with others the notes I have collected along the way of becoming a better husband, father, strategist and man. When not working, I can usually be found outside mountain biking, wake surfing, exploring mountains, or on an adventure with my wife and three kids.
